Lu Weibing: Redmi K20 to be equipped with the same NFC chip as iPhone XS

Today, Lu Weibing, the general manager of Redmi, announced on Weibo that the Redmi K20 series will be equipped with NFC function. Lu Weibing said that the Redmi K20 is equipped with the same NFC chip as the iPhone XS: “K20 is the first Redmi mobile phone equipped with NFC. We feel that it is best to use it…it uses the same  NXP the latest generation SN100 series chip as the iPhone XS and the transaction speed is 30% higher than the previous generation.”

This phone is going to be amazing, but still lacks any information it will have splash proof and dust proof certification or not.
