Lately Huami Company which a sub division of Xiaomi made a confirmation that Mi Band 4 is going to be launched very soon. There are a lot of rumors about the model, and we have gathered some of them: 

Firstly, it is expected to get the ECG capabilities.

Secondly, it will be available at an affordable price around $30 US. And taking into account a Xiaomi's policy of manufacturing innovative devices at affordable prices it could be quite real. Xiaomi offers always the best quality/price ratio.

Thirdly, it will get the Bluetooth 5.0 chip.

And of course, it is expected to come with NFC support. But according to the rumors, there will be two specifications (with NFC and without NFC support) which will be launched in different regions as the previous model Mi band 3. I hope the NFC version can be used internationally this time, not only in China.
