New Redmi phone SD855 key specs are out

Redmi fans are still waiting for the arrival of the Snapdragon 855 SoC powered Redmi flagship phone. The exact name of the phone is currently under the wraps. A Chinese tipster unveiled leaking information on the upcoming smartphones has shared with us the key specs of the Redmi Snapdragon 855 smartphone.

According to the tipster, the Redmi SD855 phone will be sporting a 6.39-inch display. The Snapdragon 855 mobile platforms will be powering the phone along with 8 GB of RAM. The handset will be arriving with an internal storage of 128 GB. For capturing selfies, the phone will be featuring a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear shell of the phone will be fitted with a triple camera setup that will include a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary and a third lens of 13-megapixel.

Some features of the Redmi SD855 smartphone have been already confirmed by Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing and some other Xiaomi executives. The Redmi flagship phone will carry support for NFC connectivity, and it will also feature an audio jack. Weibing had also recently claimed that the Redmi SD855 phone is a device worth waiting for since it will offer stronger performance, better cameras and high screen-to-body ratio.

Let’s wait and see if this may be better than the Pocophone 2 or even the Xiaomi Mi 9 in terms of battery.
